This short instruction provides for linking new payment methods. These payment methods are created in the booq Backoffice and displayed in your Combidesk portal.

If you do not modify anything in the Combidesk portal, the new payment methods will be posted to a Default account defined at your onboarding.

1. Log in to www.combidesk.com with the details you know if the site does not log in automatically.

2.    Click on the pencil icon in the dashboard to edit the relevant link.

3.    On the page shown, scroll down until you see Edit configuration and click on it.

4.     Scroll down in the configuration until you reach the heading Payment methods configuration. In the list of payment methods, find the two newly added payment methods and link them to the desired account.

5.    Then scroll all the way down until you reach the Save and back button. Click here and you're done.

Example:

To adjust it, do the following:

1.    Log in to pos2.omniboost.io / datahub.omniboost.io with the details you know. The Mapping page should open automatically. If not, navigate to Mapping

2.   Navigate to the correct payment methods

3.    Map these with the correct codes from your PMS system, make sure all fields are completed

4.    Click Save
